The project prioritizes sustainability by incorporating locally sourced materials, significantly reducing construction costs while supporting eco-conscious building practices. Drawing inspiration from traditional Vietnamese art, the custom wallpaper adorned with coffee leaves adds warmth and cultural depth to the seating area.

The thoughtful spatial design ensures seamless interaction between the store and its surroundings. The carefully crafted merchandising displays and open layout embrace the stunning river views, creating an inviting, interconnected environment that reflects the city's dynamic character.
